DESCRIPTION  Whippable powder for decoration.
APPLICATION Add 1kg of whipping powder into 1,5 kg of cold water (5-8șC) or cold milk (5-8șC) then beat for 3-5 min.
INGREDIENTS Powder sugar, dried glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable fat, Emulsifier (E472a), caseinate, modified starch (E1412)
