APPLICATION Blend 150 gr Favoretta ice-cream powder with 1 kg sugar. Then add the blend into 3 Lt Water and leave 20-30 min for Resting with stirring sometimes. Then pour into ice-cream Machine for beating .
INGREDIENTS Dextose, hydrogenated vegetable fat, Acetic acid esters of mono-diglycerides, mono-diglycerides of fatty acids, Locust bean gum (E410), Sodium Alginate (E401), Carrageenan (E407), Guar gum (E412)
