FAVORETTA – ICE CREAM POWDER (with milk)
APPLICATION Blend 150 gr Favoretta ice-cream powder with 1 kg sugar. Then add the blend into 3 Lt Milk and boil it by mixing. Cool it around 5-7șC, then pour into ice-cream Machine for beating .
INGREDIENTS Dextose, mono-diglycerides of fatty acids, Locust bean gum (E410), Sodium Alginate (E401), Carrageenan (E407), Guar gum (E412)
